Effective date: May 17, 2026
This page describes the privacy choices available to you as a visitor or user of huntsvillestripepros.com. Depending on your location and applicable privacy law, you may have certain rights regarding personal information we have collected about you.
Information We May Hold About You
If you submitted a quote request, called the phone number listed on this site, or contacted us by email, we may have records that include your name, phone number, email address, property information, project details, call recordings, and traffic source attribution. See our full Privacy Policy for a complete description of what we collect and why.
Available Privacy Requests
You may submit a request to exercise any of the following rights, subject to applicable law and verification:
- Access. Request a summary of the personal information we hold about you based on your form submissions, call records, or email communications.
- Correction. Request correction of inaccurate information, such as a misspelled name or incorrect phone number on a submitted form.
- Deletion. Request deletion of your personal information from our records. We will honor deletion requests to the extent operationally and legally possible. Note that some information may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes, and may have already been shared with a contractor as part of a lead routing event.
- Lead routing inquiry. Request information about whether and how your lead was routed to a local contractor, and to which contractor it was sent.
- Opt-out of future contact. Request that we do not route future quote requests from your contact information to contractors. Note that if your request has already been sent to a contractor, you will need to contact that contractor directly to opt out of their communications.
How to Submit a Request
To submit a privacy request, send an email to quotes@huntsvillestripepros.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Include the following in your message:
- Your full name as submitted in your quote request or call
- The phone number or email address associated with your submission
- The approximate date of your submission or call
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, or other)
- Any additional context that helps us locate your record
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access to records. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a complete and verifiable request, or as required by applicable law.
Limitations on Deletion Requests
Please note that some information cannot be fully deleted in all circumstances:
- Information already shared with a third-party contractor cannot be recalled from that contractor. You will need to contact the contractor directly regarding their retention of your information.
- Call recordings held by a third-party call tracking provider are subject to that provider's own data retention policies.
- Records we are required to retain for tax, legal, or compliance purposes cannot be deleted on request.
- Aggregate or de-identified analytics data (such as traffic counts and conversion rates that do not identify you personally) is not subject to deletion.
