Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 17, 2026
Huntsville Stripe Pros is committed to making huntsvillestripepros.com usable by as many visitors as possible, including people with disabilities. We work to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target standard and continuously evaluate and improve the site's accessibility.
What We've Done to Support Accessibility
We have taken a number of steps to make this website more accessible:
- Semantic HTML structure. Pages use proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3), landmark regions, and semantic elements such as
nav, main, article, section, andfooterto help screen readers and assistive technologies navigate page content. - Descriptive alt text. Images throughout the site include descriptive
altattributes so visitors using screen readers receive meaningful context for visual content. - Color contrast. The site's color palette — built around deep asphalt, high-contrast gold, and cream tones — was chosen with readability in mind. Text colors maintain contrast ratios designed to be legible for visitors with low vision or color vision differences.
- Descriptive links. Link text throughout the site is written to describe the destination or action, not just to say "click here" or "read more," so visitors navigating by keyboard or screen reader understand where each link leads.
- Mobile-friendly design. The site is built with a responsive layout that adapts to small screens, touch input, and varying viewport sizes. Text scales with browser font size preferences and does not become unreadably small at default settings.
- Keyboard navigation. Core site functions — including navigation, the quote request form, and internal links — are accessible via keyboard without requiring a mouse or touch input.
- Focus indicators. Interactive elements include visible focus states to assist visitors navigating by keyboard.
- Reduced motion. The site respects the
prefers-reduced-motionbrowser setting, disabling non-essential animations for visitors who have indicated a preference for reduced motion. - Font sizing. Typography uses relative units that scale with user browser font preferences rather than fixed pixel sizes that ignore accessibility settings.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Known or potential limitations include:
- Some third-party embedded tools (form processors, call tracking scripts, analytics widgets) may not be fully accessible, as they are provided by external vendors whose accessibility compliance we cannot fully control.
- Images used on the site may include before-and-after examples and project photos where detailed image descriptions in alt text may be insufficient for visitors who rely on image content for decision-making.
- PDF documents or downloadable files, if any are added to the site in the future, will be reviewed for accessibility compliance before publication.
Assistive Technologies
This site has been designed with the following assistive technologies in mind:
- Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, and TalkBack on Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom and text scaling tools
- High contrast display modes
If you experience difficulty using this site with an assistive technology not listed above, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve.

Accessibility and ADA Parking Markings
In addition to web accessibility, Huntsville Stripe Pros connects property owners with contractors who install ADA-compliant accessible parking markings on commercial properties. If you manage a commercial property in North Alabama and need accessible parking stalls, access aisles, or van-accessible markings, visit our ADA parking lot striping page to learn more.
Ongoing Commitment
Web accessibility is an ongoing process. We review this site's accessibility as new pages and features are added and when we receive feedback from visitors. We are committed to maintaining and improving the site's usability for all visitors.
